Manage or cancel your subscription

• Sign in and open Account > Manage billing to change plan, update your card, see invoices or cancel, in a few clicks.
• Or use the manage link in any receipt email from Link.
• Or email hello@awardtape.com from your account address, and we cancel for you and confirm by email.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the term you paid for.

Billing questions

AwardTape plans are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which is the merchant of record. Charges appear on your statement as LINK.COM* AWARDTAPE, and receipts and invoices come from Link. For a charge you do not recognize, a refund, or a payment dispute, email us first and we sort it out quickly. You can also reach Link support for payment questions. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

Sign-in help

AwardTape signs you in with a one-time link from login@awardtape.com. Each link works once and expires after 15 minutes. If it is missing, check spam or promotions, add login@awardtape.com to your contacts, and request a new link.

Emails

Tape Recap is free. Confirm the email we send to finish signing up, and use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop.

Every paid plan includes the Full Tape email, sent from tape@awardtape.com to each seat's sign-in email. Turn it off or back on in Account, or use the one-click unsubscribe link in any issue; your plan stays the same. Add tape@awardtape.com to your contacts so issues reach your inbox.

Data and privacy requests

To access, correct, export or delete your data, email hello@awardtape.com from your account address. See the Privacy Policy.

Data questions and corrections

Spot a figure that looks off? Email the page link and what you see. We check it against the source record and correct the page.
