This reprogramming action transfers $4.260 million from the Drug Interdiction and Counter-Drug Activities, Defense, 26/26, appropriation to the Operation and Maintenance, Army, 26/26, appropriation for United States Army Corps of Engineers oversight and management activities associated with the termination of 13 existing §284 border barrier construction contracts. Realignment of funds between Drug Interdiction projects may only be accomplished with the concurrence of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War, Countemarcotics and Stabilization Policy.
