This reprogramming action transfers $662.344 million from the Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, 25/29, appropriation to the National Sea-Based Deterrence Fund, 25/29, appropriation for proper execution. The funds are appropriated by sections 1101 and 1404 of division A of Public Law 119-4, the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2025, and are transferred pursuant to subsection (d) of § 2218a of title 10, United States Code.
