This reprogramming action transfers $267.842 million from the Drug Interdiction and Counter-Drug Activities, Defense, 25/25, appropriation to various Components’ appropriations for drug interdiction and counter-drug activities consistent with the provisions in the division A, Public Law 118-158, Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2025. Realignment of funds between Drug Interdiction projects may only be accomplished with the concurrence of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Counternarcotics and Stabilization Policy.
